I can help you form your company, keep it’s statutory records up to date, prepare and submit the accounts to Companies House and HMRC, compile and submit the corporation tax returns and assist with all the other niggly admin of keeping your company running.

From registering for a PAYE scheme with your first employee through to the preparation of all payslips, FPS and EPS reports submission each month. With regular help sheets and advice emails to help you keep on top of regulatory changes.
Payroll services for up to 5 employees - £30+VAT per quarter (over 5 employees at additional rates)
Bookkeeping & VAT
Using cloud based solutions (Sage, Xero and QuickBooks) or simpler Excel cashbooks I can aid any size business with their bookkeeping. For VAT registered business I am fully MTD compliant and can help you be too. If you prefer to do your own bookkeeping but need to file an MTD VAT return I can help with that as well. I have a lot of experience of a wide range of business sectors and will tailor our service to your needs. I also have access to data capture software to speed up the process which I can set you up with.

Business Advice & Financial Planning
Using your records (from yourselves or our bookkeeping services) I can provide high quality management accounts, forecasting, cashflows and business valuations. With these I can then have meaningful conversations with you to help you steer your business in the direction you are aiming at, whether that is growth or consolidation. I also help with business software support and training for your in house finance departments.
